Because the upstairs TV room sat right over Grandma’s new bedroom, every footstep and structural thump echoed downstairs. The constant impact noise caused severe sleep disruption, leaving Grandma desperate for some quiet space. That is when the family called Kevin from Ewen Drywall to isolate the upper living areas from the basement. The goal of this Ewen Drywall Duplex Renovation SONOpanX project was simple: bring peace and privacy back to a multi-generational home.
